Return Policy

At David & Claire London, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, we understand that there may be situations where you wish to return an item. This Return Policy explains our terms and procedures clearly and transparently.

 

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

- A return request can only be submitted after the item has been physically received by the customer.

- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes.

- Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, including original packaging, labels, and tags.

- Trying on an item is allowed; however, wearing the item beyond fitting is not permitted.

- Orders placed intentionally in multiple sizes or variations with the intent to return part of the order are not accepted.

- Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing labels will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Return Process

1. Submit your return request by emailing info@davidclaire-london.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. After approval, you will receive the return address of our supplier, which may be located outside the UK (e.g. China).

3. Ship the item back at your own expense, including any customs clearance fees or import charges.

4. We strongly recommend using a track & trace shipping method.

 

Refunds

Once the returned item has arrived and has been inspected and approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Liability & Responsibility

David & Claire London is not responsible for lost or delayed packages if tracking indicates delivery to the provided address. Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
