Shipping Method & Origin

All orders are shipped directly from our international supplier, which may be located outside the European Union, including China. As a result, customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees may apply depending on the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.

Responsibility & Delivery Issues

- Once tracking information confirms that an order has been delivered to the address provided by the customer, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
